Choice baby- Creating a village. Support circle and gathering.

February 26, 2019 @ 11:15 am - 1:00 pm

Koha appreciated. Will be going to Bellyful Nelson

Come and join us for a friendly gathering and open discussion to share and make new connections with other like minded mama’s.
We aim to do our gatherings on the last Tuesday of each month! (Starting in February!)

February’s topic: “Life after baby arrives.”

We are often solely focused on our birth experience that we forget to prepare for the vulnerable and often overwhelming postpartum  journey. Early postpartum is a crucial time and truly important, where you face the evolution of your new life while you nurturing and caring for your new baby.

We will talk about practical tools that you can integrate into your every day life, to support you during your motherhood journey.

Some of our topics include:

– Why baby brain is actually a good thing?
– importance of building your village and support circle
– practical tools you can use to ease early postpartum days
– self-nurturing and nourishment
– importance of rest, and oxytocin
–  nourishing traditions
– when to ask for professional help?
– local and on international resources

Everyone is welcome. Pregnant and Postpartum mama’s too with babies or young children!
Also professionals, care providers, supporting organizations or anyone passionate about this topic ♥

Please register your interest, so we would have a rough idea of the amount of people wish to attend.

Event is free of charge, Koha is appreciated. Bex from evolve generously offered to donate the amount to a non profit organization. We choose Bellyful, as their main focus is providing food for new families or anyone struggling ♥

Looking forward to see you there: Marti
