Testimonial from previous workshop attendee:

“The workshop was a very welcoming, safe, and peaceful environment for both mums and partners to come and listen, share, and ask lots of questions. They also served a nice, healthy, morning tea!
It was a good refresher of the birthing process for my second baby, and I also learnt  things that I didn’t know before, for example; healthy foods that promote lactation, how much food to prepare and freeze for after the birth (to take away the stress of cooking), what a doula is and the doula services available in Nelson, and helpful tips for healing my body after giving birth. All the ladies are very lovely and easy to talk to, and has so much knowledge to offer.
I would recommend the workshop for all mums to be, and their partners.”          (Midori O. – Nelson)
